The Journal of Economics, Governance and Sustainable Development (JEGSD) invites high-quality original research papers, review articles, and policy-oriented studies from scholars, researchers, and practitioners worldwide.
The journal operates a rigorous double-blind peer review process and follows a continuous publishing model within biannual issues. Articles are published immediately upon acceptance and assigned to the current issue in progress (January–June and July–December), ensuring timely dissemination and consistent publication flow.

JEGSD welcomes submissions in, but not limited to, the following areas:

- Environmental and sustainability economics

Submission Requirements
Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that:
- The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere
- The manuscript complies with the journal’s Author Guidelines
- All authors have approved the submission
- Proper citations and references are provided
- Ethical standards and research integrity are maintained
Authors are strongly advised to review the Author Guidelines before submission.
Important: the journal operates a double-blind peer review policy. Please anonymise your manuscript (main text file) and supply a separate title page file.

- Complete the submission steps and upload your manuscript

Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, where:
- Authors and reviewers remain anonymous
- Each manuscript is evaluated based on originality, relevance, and quality
- Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit
Article Processing Charges (APC)
JEGSD does not charge a manuscript submission fee. Authors may submit manuscripts for editorial screening and peer review without making any payment.
The standard Article Processing Charge is USD 100 per accepted article. This charge applies to manuscripts submitted on or after 1 October 2026.
Manuscripts submitted before 1 October 2026 will remain subject to the APC policy communicated by the journal at the time of submission.
The APC is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions or guarantee acceptance.
