KITTS Academic Press

KITTS Academic Press is the scholarly publishing and research dissemination arm of Kumasi Institute of Technology and Theological Studies (KITTS), Ghana. The Press was established to promote responsible scholarly communication, rigorous peer-reviewed publishing, and sustainable academic knowledge dissemination across multidisciplinary fields of research.

As the official publishing body of the Journal of Economic Governance and Sustainable Development (JEGSD), KITTS Academic Press provides publication infrastructure, institutional oversight, ethical supervision, digital publishing support, and long-term strategic direction in accordance with internationally recognized scholarly publishing standards.

The Press is committed to advancing credible academic dialogue, supporting international scholarly collaboration, and strengthening the global visibility of research contributions from diverse academic communities.

 

Publisher Governance

KITTS Academic Press operates under the strategic guidance of an independent Publisher Advisory Board composed of senior academics, legal professionals, international scholars, and digital publishing experts.

The Board provides institutional governance, policy guidance, publication ethics supervision, and sustainability support for scholarly publications issued under the Press while safeguarding the editorial independence of the journals published under its framework.

The Publisher Advisory Board does not participate in individual manuscript acceptance, rejection, revision, correction, or retraction decisions. Such editorial determinations remain solely within the mandate of the respective journal’s editorial leadership under established peer review procedures.

 

Editorial Independence

KITTS Academic Press upholds the principles of editorial independence, academic merit, and peer review integrity. While the Press provides policy, strategic, ethical, and institutional oversight, all editorial review and manuscript decision-making processes are independently undertaken by the editorial leadership of the respective journal.

Editorial determinations are made solely on the basis of originality, scholarly contribution, relevance to scope, ethical compliance, and peer review recommendations.
