The Journal of Economics, Governance and Sustainable Development (JEGSD) invites expressions of interest from accomplished scholars and researchers who are committed to advancing high-quality, peer-reviewed research in the fields of economics, governance, and sustainable development.

Eligibility Criteria

We welcome applications from qualified academics and professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline

  • Have a strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed journals

  • Demonstrate expertise in one or more of the journal’s focus areas

  • Possess prior experience as a reviewer or editor (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Show commitment to timely and ethical peer-review practices

  • Are affiliated with a recognized academic or research institution

Early-career researchers with exceptional publication records may also be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

Editorial board members are expected to:

  • Support the journal’s commitment to academic integrity and ethical publishing

  • Contribute to the strategic development and visibility of the journal

  • Promote the journal within their academic and professional networks

Appointments are honorary and based on academic merit and professional standing.
